AntiLog: To Become something better requires more than learning.
It requires time and Practice! That practice creates habits which then start naturally improving yourself. That's the mission of the AntiLog--a method
to do it that's organized, easy, and most importantly fun! Choose whatever good traits you want to achieve, but use the AntiLog to practice and become them.

track progress, motivate, and achieve.

Instruction within is just basics per my life-learning.
For in-depth guidance see a therapist, but this program provides a valuable method to successfully help implement the guidance.
Included are some methods that I suggest.
Most people experience some sort of Weight/Health, Emotional Wellness (stress, anxiety, anger, depression, addictions etc.), Relationship,
Addiction/Substance Abuse, or Goals issue, and it's hard to improve these because they are built on habits--which are hard to change.
The AntiLog changes those Habits through continued focus and slow, consistent progress! Then...those habits achieve the goals!
Or...for weight loss you could stick yourself with needles with side effects or pay a lot for a program and its food. Or some fad diet. Those all lose weight.
But what then? You eventually have to go back to regular life -- and then you gain the weight back--not having changed your eating habits.
TIME, and PRACTICE, are the investment to grow habits. They teach you how to eat to be healthy.
AntiLog is a log to help you do the opposite (anti) of what you are doing that is causing issues in your life. Hence: AntiLog...
Many people say they have tried to overcome their problems or reach their goals, but can't! YES you can!
Maintaining a log keeps you focused on the steps to accomplish your goals--and makes it easy--and fun.
The program's philosophy is "Don't do much...but do it consistently!"
Then you won't get burnt out, and you will continue to the fulfillment of your goals, and through slow, consistent changes,
you naturally develop long term good habits, without really "trying." You just slowly become them.

and five replicated Burden Ball booklets touching on the same subjects but using the Burden Ball as the main coping/improvement method.

These booklets are a great condensed version of the full book and contain log pages to track, motivate, and achieve your goals. They are 50 pages long, including 28 log pages,
16 pages of program summary explanation and motivation (approximately 4300 words), and 5 goal tracking and reference pages.
These are sold either as solo booklets or as kits with 5 colored wrist bands and Burden Ball.
Weight Loss-Whole Health: Knowing how to lose weight is easy. It's doing it that's hard. That's the value of the log. It says HOW, but more importantly,
provides a method.

Correct weight is nature's good-health medicine so particular emphasis needs to be applied to it.
But the real goal is what that leads to: whole health through correct weight, sleep, nutrition, hydration, strength, flexibility, and cardio.
This isn't a diet, but an easy method to discover why and how you eat and monitor and fix them. This program is a short term journey, but achieves long term results.
We all know that lost weight from quick diets returns, so why punish yourself doing that? Learn how to eat correctly and motivation methods
that lead to good habits. Eat whatever you want and enjoy it, eating some sweets etc. You need to enjoy life! But budget calories for it.
We learned our eating and health habits over many decades, and changing decades-long habits is hard.
Hence the true need for something to help you that you can see and follow consistently--in this case the log. Just follow it and your weight and more important,
whole-health will improve.
Eventually, more than before, you just find yourself desiring the foods and amounts and healthy principles that bring good whole health.
I still like and eat sweets and hamburgers etc. but I just don't desire or eat them as much as before.

There are many techniques to be happier, including: following personalized advice from professionals, getting help from books and articles, family and friends,
group therapy, correct medicine etc. You can't just wait for happiness to come, or for all your burdens causing your issues to be resolved.
You must work at it. You must be humble and brave and DO! This logbook presents daily steps to get in a happier rhythm and routine--a method to practice happiness.
Follow those steps and other good techniques to recognize goodness daily. First, make yourself Take One Step.
Difficulties in life Are Normal--but also goodness. These are constants. We must accept that. The glass isn't "half empty or half full." It is half empty and half full.
You have to live with Bad, but focus on Good (the half full). Don't let Bad circumstances be your mood's dictator. Karma is real. Life is a mirror.
So you dictate your circumstances with a focus on what is good. We must work (DO!) to recognize / enhance what's good, and to lessen our burdens.
Realize though that change takes time, life is a journey, so be consistent in your work.
This logbook process won't "cure" you or replace therapy and medicine, but it is another tool to help in the journey.
But as with most things, it only works with belief that it will. Was Van Gogh a failure? He thought so, to the point of killing himself. But his paintings
are worth billions. Don't judge your value on what others think. Value it on what you think. If his paintings had never found success would they look any
different? No. They would still be just as beautiful.

This is a logbook to educate, motivate, status, & track progress on steps to improving marriage and partner relations. Do you need help? Is it hard to say yes to that,
even if true? You might say, "It should just happen." Like flying a plane requiring learning how, the way people think, act, and react is just as complex if done well.
And a good relationship makes you happy, so put some time into it for your own good. Be humble enough to admit that everyone can improve! Discovering who is "right,"
isn't the goal-it's cherishing your partner enough to help you both feel good & succeed. Good relationship ideas & traits are listed within, but learning doesn't change who we are.

After meeting with a weekly support group, communicate daily with friends, but when by yourself, sometimes challenges are hard, and it helps having a daily To-DO list
in your pocket to often review, status, and just follow, motivate, and track to see your progress. This keeps you going.
Also, Squeeze the Burden Ball very hard. Take it out and look at it. See the light inside reminding you of your tenacity. See yourself
progressing on your road & obtaining the reward. The more you see it, the more you believe it can happen, & more likely it becomes.
Every step up pyramids is one step closer to the top. This creates habits of upward momentum.
Then those habits help achieve your goals! Habits are our foundation, since much of what we do, is by habit--without thinking.
They are a river taking us wherever they flow-the bad ones over a waterfall, the good ones to a beautiful lake. But you must invest TIME to grow the good ones.
